Programmed in JavaScript, primitivesRising is a study of simple forms and colors unlike other modern, generative works. Each work is unique, drawing from simple, mathematical shapes (primitives) presented with solid colors of limited variations. More than simple pixel-based video, the user’s display browser actually “draws” the art as it goes, allowing incredible resolution to match the future of super high-resolution video monitors or picture-display devices yet unknown.
